How Does Coaching Work?

Online Zoom Coaching

Online Coaching takes place using a software called Zoom. Please make sure that you have either installed this software before your coaching call, or that you have the dial in phone instructions for your appointment available for you to phone in.

You will receive the Zoom link or the dial in instructions once your call is booked.

If you have any issues using Zoom, please contact Zoom support, they will be able to help you with any technical issues related to their software, much better than we can.

What Will We Cover During A Coaching Call?

During a typical coaching call we will discuss what is happening in your situation right now. Your coach will listen for what is happening on an emotional level and try to put together a picture of what is happening, emotionally, and identify any emotional blocks that might be keeping you from the relationship that you want.

You and your coach will then discuss what needs to happen to get you from where you are to where you want to be.

And then you and your coach will then formulate a plan to navigate the emotional obstacles that are standing between where you are and where you want to go.

I Missed My Coaching Appointment!

Sometimes life happens and something urgent comes up. We get it.

Typically, if you do not show up for your scheduled coaching appointment, we will either reschedule the appointment for a future time or will refund you the money you paid for the appointment.

Will My Coaching Call Be Recorded?

It's up to you. If you'd like the call the be recorded, we can do that. This can be helpful for some people so that they can review the call later to make sure they get the most out of it.

Or if you prefer to not record the call, that is okay too.

Whichever you prefer.

How Does Email Coaching Work?

After signing up for email coaching, your coach will get in contact with you to ask you some questions about your situation.

Please note that this will usually happen within a few hours of you signing up... however, it may take a few days, if you signed up over the weekend or during a holiday. We are a small company and we do take time off on weekends, holidays, and may even take a vacation once in a while.

After your coach gets in contact with you, please answer the questions as best you can.

Your coach will then work to address the issues that you describe to them in the email and reply back to you with their advice... or they may ask for clarification if anything seems unclear in your response.


Please note that we do not issue refunds for coaching services, since it involves our personal time. The only exception is if a call does not take place.
