Refund Policy

We want to make sure that our clients find success and if they don't, we believe our customers have every right to ask for their money back.        

Here are a few things that need to happen if you would like a refund.

  1. You need to give the course an honest chance. We will ask to see the workbook included with your course as evidence that you have been doing the coursework - if we look at your workbook and see any opportunities for improving your situation, we may suggest that you try those strategies out.
  2. You need to contact us if you need help or if something doesn't seem to be working for you. We want to see you succeed. We can't do our best to make that happen unless you contact us when you need help.
  3. If you're not making progress within 45 days of your initial purchase, and the above 2 conditions are met, then we'll give you a full refund for your purchase amount if you contact us within this 45-day time period. That should be enough time for you to start seeing positive results if you are giving the course an honest try and asking for help when you need it.

We do not offer refunds for the Modern Love Association. However, you are free to cancel future payments at any time.

We do not offer refunds for our coaching or coaching programs. We do this because, when you sign up, we set aside time to work with you and to take that into consideration when deciding on working with other clients. We may have to turn down other possible clients because we are under the assumption that we will be working with you. Additionally, coaching also requires our personal time and energy. If you are unable to afford coaching, that is okay. there are other affordable alternatives to work with us. We do not recommend signing up for coaching with us if it puts you in a financial position where you are unable to maintain your quality of life.

Course Transfers

We understand that things can change. 

For example, maybe you signed up for one of our courses in order to save a relationship with your partner. However, it may come to light that you and that partner are not a good fit for one another.

If something like that happens, then you understandably may want to take things in a different direction.

If something like this happens in your situation, please contact us and let us know. We will likely transfer you to a different course that meets your new needs.

However, please note that we will only be able to transfer you into a new course at no cost one time.

Your course transfer request must be made within 30 days of purchase.

**This transfer option does not apply to Connect And Commit, The Modern Love Association, and coaching.
